Job Overview

Mid Coast Hospital is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in the ICU department. The RN will provide critical care to patients with mixed acuity levels, ensuring high-quality treatment and monitoring.

• Start Date: August 10, 2025
• End Date: November 8, 2025
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36
• Weekend Coverage: Variable

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years required
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS required
• Charting System: Epic
  
  

Unit Details

• Number of Beds: 11
• Patient Ratios: 2-3:1 (depending on acuity)
• Call Requirements: Downstaffing may occur during low census/acuity periods, during which the staff member remains on-call
  
  

Dress Code & Facility Policies

• Scrub Color: No specific requirements
• Unacceptable Attire: Hoodies, non-scrub wear
